Do I need a driver's license to drive the Quad Bike?

No, you do not need a driver's license. The vehicles are automatic and very easy to operate. You will be given a tutorial and a test drive before the tour begins.

Is it safe for children?

Yes, but with restrictions. Children under 16 usually cannot drive their own Quad Bike for safety reasons. They can ride on the back of a parent's bike or in the passenger seat of the Dune Buggy. The Jeep ride and village tour are very family-friendly.

Dress for dust! Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Long pants are recommended to protect your legs from the engine heat and sun. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers) are mandatory; flip-flops will fall off. In winter (Nov-March), bring a jacket as the desert gets very cold at night.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, but keep it protected. The fine desert sand can damage camera lenses. It is best to keep phones and cameras in a sealed bag or pocket while driving the quad bikes.

12:30 PM | Pickup & Base Camp Arrival Your adventure starts with a pickup from your hotel in Hurghada. You’ll be driven to the Safari Center (garage) located at the edge of the desert. Here, you’ll meet your guide, receive a safety briefing, and get geared up with your helmet (and scarf/goggles if you have them).
01:30 PM | ATV Quad Biking (45 Mins) After a quick test drive to get comfortable, the engine roars to life! You will follow your guide in a convoy, speeding across the flat desert sands. Feel the wind in your face as you navigate the terrain—it’s thrilling but safe enough for beginners.
02:30 PM | Dune Buggy "Spider Car" Ride (20 Mins) Swap vehicles for a roll-cage Dune Buggy. These are lower to the ground and incredibly fun to drive. You’ll spend about 20 minutes spinning over the sand, offering a different driving experience than the quads.
03:00 PM | Jeep Safari into the Mountains Leave the driving to the professionals now. Board a 4x4 Land Cruiser for a 25km journey deeper into the Eastern Desert. The landscape changes from flat sand to jagged, dramatic mountains. The ride is bumpy, energetic, and full of great photo opportunities.
